My name is Kayla, I had my session as a Mother’s Day/birthday gift to myself and was blessed with the opportunity of winning one of Toni’s wonderful May promotions! This lead me to wanting to support Toni and her business Whispers Studios.
I felt a Fine Art Boudoir Photoshoot would be a great opportunity to explore my comfort zones and overcome some of my body insecurities.
I felt this would be a great opportunity to see things from another’s perspective, learn to love and accept my body for what it was rather than what my insecurities led me to believe.
Toni and her makeup artist we’re both very inviting in down to earth! Their positivity and confidence in me was a major help in easing my anxiety while preparing for my photoshoot experience. They encouraged me with lovely compliments and we’re very easy to converse with.
I love how easy going and understanding Toni was to my nerves prior to getting started.
After that it was a breeze and I was able to enjoy my time with Toni and explore with my sexuality and inner child. It was like feeling so youthful and free again!
Some advice I have for anyone who is contemplating having a session or is on the fence about it, would be not to overthink the experience. Look at it as a way to love and accept yourself and embrace yourself in your flaws! I had a lot of insecurities about the marks, scars and blemishes on my body until I looked at them from a place of acceptance.
Beauty comes from a place of love and in order to feel beautiful, we must find confidence in loving ourselves!
Since then I have come so far and loving myself and overcoming so many insecurities and fears around being accepted by others but mainly myself! I highly recommend booking a session with her at Whisper Studios!
