When I started boudoir photography several years ago I didn’t know what it was called!
Let alone how to pronounce it.

A portrait client wanted to celebrate their true, authentic beauty in a creative way. They wanted intimate feminine photos that represented their strength. A portrait session that celebrated all sides of them! That photoshoot was so much fun, creating customized scenes with multiple wardrobe changes.
I was working on several different projects- finishing production of my fourth documentary, teaching film production, working as an event coordinator, and the in house photographer at a local venue.
The intimate fine art portrait sessions were only available by word of mouth. Whisper Studios developed organically as the whispers from these sessions began to take root.
I am now professionally trained and award winning specifically in the art of boudoir photography. I have taken my 15 years of expertise behind the camera to create a beautiful experience that starts before you walk through the door!
The Full Diamond Experience is customized for each client through pre-planning and questionnaires. No detail is too small as I create a photoshoot hand-tailored for you. This helps highlight everything you love about yourself and want to celebrate!
These pre-planning sessions are one of my favorite parts of the process! I enjoy getting to know you as we determine the overall look and feel of the upcoming photoshoot.
We’ll discuss wardrobe, hair & makeup, and overall themes and scenes. I understand this is an intimate and vulnerable experience and the comfort of my clients is my top priority!

Only ten days before my 30th birthday, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. The cancer was aggressive but I knew I wanted to use this to lead by example to help others. That’s when I first launched the Tada for the Tatas Campaign! During this campaign, we celebrate and honor cancer survivors, warriors, and their supporters. Empowering others while fighting my disease was incredibly healing and inspiring! The Tada for the Tatas Campaign is now offered annually in October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. (The portrait sessions taking place within 4 months of October)
Although that is a special campaign, Breast Cancer Warriors are welcomed to reach out at any time.
